About Lauren

Lauren’s first job was as a ‘shot girl’ at a college bar near campus. We weren’t there, but that’s a shot we’d have taken!
A teaching degree in hand, Lauren chose instead the camaraderie and freedom of hospitality (I mean, have you met students before?), and now she’s a first-class bartender adept at craft cocktails, one of which made national menus. And we bet you could still talk her into a shot – for you.
