Our party talent is selected carefully after we’ve reviewed their backgrounds, tested their skills, and experienced their amazing personalities first-hand. We then leave it to you — you can see right up front who’s available, you can specify your preferences, and you can see who meshes best with your specific event.

Top Shelf schedules your staff, ensures your event is covered, and communicates with you personally should complications rise. You get to enjoy your event (and your new staff) without any worries the day of.

​Payment

​Top Shelf talent comes from around the country, they have a variety of experience levels and showcase skills, and they vary in demand. As such, they can set their own rates. Top Shelf charges an agency fee, which is covered inside the rate you see, to handle promotion, staffing, and other management tasks, similar to other celebrities. We’ll help you estimate your needs, figure out details like security and equipment, and whether or not to allow tipping. You get the benefit of our talent’s capabilities balanced by our experience with events.

Payment and Rates

We empower you to set your value and preferences. Similar to talent agencies, we place you in promising events, helping establish your worth, and we add a percentage to the amounts billed to the clients. We only benefit when you’re booked, and we pay you as soon as your booking ends.

​Top Shelf allows its talent to form teams by recruiting other rock star service industry people to the platform. If approved, you will receive a percentage of bookings for anyone you recruit to the platform. You don’t even have to work yourself if you don’t want to. But who doesn’t want to?

The application link will ask you to provide information about yourself, as well as upload a few photos of your choosing, so we can build you a profile for the site. Once you submit the application, one of us will reach out to you directly to either set up a time to review your submission and answer any questions you have or invite you to the next Casting Call, where we’ll also take head shots, have some cocktail contests, and get to know everyone.
